ACDC Training Course Cancellation
- Training courses held at ACDC will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid in full prior to the date of the training. It can be paid in installments.
- Pre-study is required in all ACDC classes 3 days or longer.
- A “deposit fee” of 50% will hold a seat. It is required for any class.
- Classes of 3 days or longer may include study materials such as ACDC books, web-based training, or something else.
- Public Schools can issue a P.O. As each school’s policies are different, we will discuss your options.
- In the event of cancellation by ACDC, all your fees will be transferred to another date for the same class.
- ACDC does not refund travel expenses, so please buy refundable airfare, etc.
- If a student cancels before 60 days, after we have shipped the books, webinars, etc., the deposit fee is not refundable.
- We will calculate what the study materials and shipping fees were. The study materials are not returnable. You will be responsible for those fees.
- The balance can be used for the same class for up to 2 years for the same student. If you change to a new student, there is a $100 fee.
- If you cancel before 60 days and we have not shipped any study materials, all deposit fees will be refunded, except the admission fee of $150.
